How to Use VoxFlow

Welcome to VoxFlow

A quick guide to every part of the dashboard. Click any section below to expand it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

  1. Register a caller-ID number in My Numbers. This is the phone number that will appear on the recipient's caller-ID.
  2. Pick a voice in Voice Packs. Try the “Sample text” button to hear a voice without making a call, or use “Test call” to ring your own phone. Click “Use this voice” to set it as your default.
  3. Write your AI script in Script & Routing. This is the instructions the AI agent follows on every call.
  4. Place your first call from the Calls page, or launch a batch campaign for multiple numbers.
  5. Once the call ends, the recording and transcript appear automatically on the call detail page.
